Pie Baking Competition

Think your pie recipe has what it takes? Enter the Midland County Fair Pie Baking Competition and show off your best homemade creation! Semi-finals will be held Saturday, July 25 at the Midland Downtown Farmer’s Market, where bakers will compete for a chance to advance to the finals at the Fair on Saturday, August 22. Bring your best crust, filling, and flavor with a dose of originality for a sweet shot at Fair bragging rights!

This is an opportunity to be part of an event that brings together families, friends and neighbors in a vibrant celebration of agriculture, community and entertainment. At the Midland County Fair, we believe in supporting the next generation through education. Our scholarship program is open to 2026 graduating high school seniors who have volunteered for the Fair and will be enrolled in post-secondary education in the fall.
