The Midland County Fair takes place at the Midland County Horseshoe from Thursday, August 20 through Sunday, August 23.

Tickets will be $5/day on Thursday and $10/day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Kids 5 and under are admitted free.

While most attractions within the Fair are free and included with admission, some attractions do charge separately.
The carnival is inside the Fair grounds and separately ticketed from Fair. The carnival sells individual ride tickets as well as unlimited ride armbands for the day. Unlimited ride armbands will be discounted $10 on Thursday and are otherwise $40/day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Thursday & Friday hours are 5-10 PM. Saturday hours are 10 AM-10 PM. Sunday hours are 12 noon – 6 PM and the carnival stays open on Sunday until 10 PM.
Yes! We have a Kid’s Zone with arts and crafts and story time, as well as a Teen Zone with a Ninja House, skating rink, remote control car races and much more! There are also many other activities suitable for young kids and teens throughout the Fair, including kiddie rides at the carnival.
Additionally, kids 5 and under are admitted free.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, but we have a wide variety of food trucks offering delicious options. We will also have concessions with a bar available.
No, outside coolers are not allowed.
Clear bags are preferred, and the Fair reserves the right to search all bags upon entry.

No, the Midland County Horseshoe does not permit chairs to be brought into the facility. There is ample seating in the Main Arena for the bull rides and rodeo related attractions, as well as on the Big Terrace under the tent where the concerts will take place.
Yes, parking is available free of charge at the Midland County Horseshoe on a first come, first park basis.
The Fair allows leashed domestic animals only, except during the Pet Parade, which will be held on Saturday inside the Pavilion. There will also be a Pet Porch set up on Saturday inside the Pavilion where pets can be adopted.
The Fair will host staple attractions like the carnival, bull rides, concerts, a petting zoo, indoor vendor marketplace, food truck court, both kid and teen zones and more!

Yes, the Midland County Horseshoe has handicapped parking as well as handicapped accessible facilities.
The safety of our patrons is our top priority. We have security personnel and EMTs on-site, a first aid station and all attractions are inspected for safety compliance.
